Meet The Crew

Captain Frank Rich
Captain Frank Rich grew up in Northfield, NJ, located only minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. Around the age of ten, Frank was introduced to fishing and ever since has held a pole in his hand. At the age of fifteen, Frank began mating on his uncle's boat, The Dottie R., out of Snug Harbor Marina in Atlantic City, NJ. After years of fishing with an experienced crew, Captain Frank Rich began to venture on his own. In 2002, Frank began fishing frequently and started spending all his after school time and most weekends on board the Victoria Ann.
After graduating high school, Frank wanted to pursue his fishing career and opted for a college in southern Florida to be able to start his endeavor. While receiving his degree from Lynn University in broadcast and journalism, Frank specialized in Sail Fishing and Sword Fishing off the southern Florida east coast.
While spending summers in Margate, NJ, and winters in West Palm Beach, FLA, Captain Frank Rich has become known as one of the elite fisherman in the fleet and well known to many locals. Whether it's Back Bay fishing for flounder, chunking stripers in the Delaware Bay, or deep-sea blue fin tuna fishing, Frank is prepared to do it all and enjoys showing others how to do so as well. So book your fish of a lifetime today!
Captain John Raineri
Captain John Raineri has been fishing saltwater for several years now with great success. He fishes for trophy striped bass every spring and fall in NJ and NY waters. In the summer months, he moves offshore to fish the canyons in search for tuna, shark, mahi, or anything that lurks in the deep blue. In the winter months, John joins Team Victoria Ann in southern Florida.
Mike Keller (Engineer/Mate)
My name is Mike Keller, I was born and raised in South Jersey. I gained a love for fishing at an early age fishing the local waters with my father. I've been fishing from the back bays to the offshore canyons for over 40 years. In the past 5 years, I've also been fishing in South Florida during the winter months with the Victoria Ann.
Captain Jay Olsen
Captain Jay Olsen is a South Jersey local who has been fishing these waters since his childhood. He has held a captains license and been running inshore and offshore charters for over 10 years. He specializes in "chunking", whether it's anchored in the bay chunking fresh bunker for trophy striped bass, or targeting bluefin tuna on our inshore lumps, "chunking" is what Jay does best. When the fishing gets tough, Jay will always work hard and do whatever it takes to put together a catch. His years of experience running charters out of our local inlets and knowledge of the waters will ensure that you have a memorable and safe trip!
Ricky Garwood (Angler)
I grew up on the shores of South Jersey. Ever since I was a little kid as far back as I can remember, I have always had a passion for fishing. My favorite day of the year was always the day when I got to skip school to go fishing with my uncle on the Flounder Pounder. I love all types of fishing from typical back bay fishing to offshore fishing, which I now enjoy the most. In the last few years, I have been to Cabo San Lucas for awesome striped marlin fishing, South Florida for sailfishing, Bahamas for wahoo, and of course South Jersey for the great tuna bite and marlin fishing.
Garrett Stites (Angler)
Garrett grew up in Northfield and has been fishing with the Victoria Ann for eight years. Garrett has been around the ocean and boats his whole life. Garrett has fished everywhere from Nova Scotia to Hawaii, but prefers the Jersey Coast. Whenever we're not fishing, Garrett keeps the Victoria Ann in great shape through detailing and maintenance.
Frank Tummarello (Angler)
Frank grew up in Margate and has been fishing with the Victoria Ann for the last ten years. Frank has been fishing along the Jersey shore since he was a little boy and has great experience in local areas. Frank has also had great experience as a tournament angler in many of South Florida's Billfish tournaments.
